terms of service

Inbox Public Offer

These are the terms on which you use the Inbox service. Payment means you accept them. If a page of the site and this offer disagree, the offer applies.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Alexander Pogosov, individual.

Contact: email meowl1337@tutamail.com and Telegram @for_inbox_bot.

We reply daily, usually within one business day.

2. What the service is

Inbox is access to a software service plus support by the provider.

The service acts on behalf of the client from the client's own Telegram account: it finds a relevant audience, sends the first message and passes the replies to the client.

The client handles the conversation with people who replied, including from the personal cabinet.

The provider does not promise a specific number of enquiries, deals or revenue: the result depends on the client's offer, prices and market.

3. What the client does

The client connects a separate Telegram account and is responsible for its lawful use.

The client is responsible for the content of the messages and for outreach being permitted in the client's country and in the recipients' countries.

The client does not ask the service to send prohibited content: fraud, unlicensed medicines, gambling, knowingly false income promises.

If the client edits the texts, the client is responsible for the new texts.

4. Stop word and respect for the recipient

Any recipient can reply "do not write" and will receive no further messages: the refusal goes to a shared refusal list permanently.

On a written request a person's data is removed from the client's base and from the provider's logs.

This rule is stronger than the client's instructions: the provider will not keep writing to someone who refused.

5. The client's account

To operate, the service stores the client's Telegram session file on the provider's server.

It is needed to send messages on the client's behalf and is not passed to third parties.

On termination the session file and the base collected for the client are deleted within three business days.

The client can end the session on their side at any time using Telegram itself.

6. Price and period

The price is agreed individually before work starts and confirmed in writing.

The billing period is one month in advance, counted from the day the payment is confirmed.

7. Payment and confirmation

Payment is made by transfer to the details shown in the cabinet and in chat.

After the transfer the client presses "I have paid", the provider checks the receipt and extends access.

Bank and payment system fees are paid by the client; if less than the plan price arrives, the difference remains due for the period.

8. Suspension

If payment has not arrived, the service is paused: outreach and replies stop, data is kept.

After the payment is confirmed the service resumes with all settings intact.

The client can pause and resume their own funnel at any time.

9. Refunds

Until base collection has started and no message has been sent, the payment is refunded in full on request.

Once collection has started or the first message has been sent, there is no refund: the work has been done.

Disputed cases are resolved in Telegram chat; the provider replies within five business days.

10. Telegram limits

Telegram may limit, slow down or block sending from a new account, including after complaints from recipients.

These are the platform's rules, not a breach by the provider: the service keeps a safe pace but cannot override Telegram's decisions.

If limited, the provider informs the client and lowers the pace; the paid period is not paused.

11. Referrals

The client may invite another client and receive 20 percent of that client's first payment.

The payout is made after the invited client has paid, and only if the inviting client has paid for their own access.

Inviting yourself from a second account does not count.

12. Data of the people we write to

The service uses public data only: channel name, public description, Telegram username.

This data is kept while the client uses the service and is deleted together with the client's base.

Details are in the privacy policy, link at the bottom of the page.

13. Liability

The provider is responsible for the service working and for keeping access safe, but not for recipients' decisions and not for the content of the client's messages.

The provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the current period.

14. Law and disputes

The relationship is governed by the law of the provider's country of registration stated in section 1, which also determines the venue for disputes.

Before going to court the parties must try to settle in writing; the reply period is five business days.
