Privacy Policy
In short: we take only what the service needs, sell nothing, delete on request. Details below.
1. Who the operator is
Data operator: Alexander Pogosov, individual.
For any data question write to meowl1337@tutamail.com; we reply within ten days.
2. The client's data
Name and Telegram username, chat id, interface language, chosen plan and payment history.
The Telegram session file, if the client connected an account: it is stored on the operator's server and used only to send messages on the client's behalf.
Texts the client entered in the cabinet.
3. Data of the people the service writes to
Public data only: username, public name, channel title and description, the text of the conversation with the client.
This data is needed so that nobody is written to twice and so that the client sees their conversations.
We do not collect recipients' phone numbers, addresses or payment details.
4. Refusal and deletion
A reply "do not write" stops messages permanently: the username goes to the refusal list.
On a request to the operator's email a person's data is removed from the base and logs within ten days.
When a client's contract ends, their base, session file and conversations are deleted.
5. Where it is stored
Data is stored on the operator's server and in Telegram, through which the conversations run.
Data is not sold or passed to third parties, except where the law requires it.
6. For how long
While the client uses the service and for three months after termination, to settle disputes.
Payment records are kept longer where the law requires.
7. Changes
A new revision is published on this page; the revision date is at the bottom.
If the changes are material, the operator informs clients in Telegram.
